Yes. The systems are designed for continuous operation in commercial environments, delivering stable diffusion and controlled intensity without unpleasant fluctuations or overpowering effects.
Can the fragrance intensity be adjusted based on space and schedule?
Yes. Fragrance intensity can be adjusted directly from the diffuser via touch controls or through Bluetooth connection from a smartphone, allowing the experience to be adapted to the space and operating schedule.

What does maintenance of an ambient scenting system involve?
Maintenance is straightforward and consists of periodic fragrance refills and occasional setting adjustments. We recommend using the maintenance and cleaning solution before each refill or at least once every three months.
Are the fragrances safe for use in commercial spaces?
Yes. All fragrances are IFRA-certified and designed for professional ambient use, complying with safety standards applicable to commercial environments.
Is there a warranty for the equipment included in the packages?
Yes. The diffusers come with a 12-month warranty, valid when using fragrances supplied by Marketing Olfactiv SRL. We also provide support and spare parts beyond the warranty period.
Can I change the fragrance later or adapt the experience over time?
Yes. The fragrance can be changed later, and the experience can be adapted over time based on seasonality, space evolution, or preferences.
