Right of withdrawal – B2C orders

If you purchased as an individual consumer for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. This form is one convenient way to notify us; you may also send another unequivocal statement to info@marketingolfactiv.ro.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the consumer. In the event of a full withdrawal, we also refund the standard delivery charge. If a product was delivered defective, damaged, non-conforming or different from the product ordered, Marketing Olfactiv SRL bears the necessary collection and remedy costs.

B2B orders

For purchases made by legal entities or for professional purposes, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply automatically. Commercial returns are assessed under the applicable contract and agreed terms.
