Orders placed on MarketingOlfactiv.ro can be paid using several payment methods, depending on the options available for the specific order.

How can I pay for an order on MarketingOlfactiv.ro?

During checkout, you will be able to view and select the available payment methods. These may include online card payment, cash on delivery, or bank transfer.

Online card payment

You can pay for your order online using a bank card that is eligible for online payments.

The payment is processed through a secure electronic payment system. The information required to authorize the transaction is processed by the payment service providers involved and by the card-issuing institution.

Marketing Olfactiv will never ask you to send your full card details by phone or email.

Marketing Olfactiv does not charge an additional fee for online card payments. If your card is linked to an account in a currency other than RON, currency conversion and any related charges are determined by your card-issuing bank.

Cash on delivery

If this option is available for your order, the total amount can be paid when the parcel is delivered, according to the payment methods accepted by the courier.

The exact amount due is the amount shown in your order confirmation and in the documents related to the shipment.

Payment by bank transfer

Your order can also be paid by bank transfer, based on the documents issued for the respective order.

For orders paid by bank transfer, processing or shipment of the products may take place after the payment has been confirmed in our bank account, depending on the conditions applicable to the order.

Is online payment secure?

Online payments are processed through specialized infrastructure for electronic transactions, and payment authorization is carried out in accordance with the security procedures applicable to your card and issuing bank.

In some cases, your card-issuing bank may require additional confirmation of the transaction, for example through 3D Secure authentication.

When is an order considered paid?

For orders paid online by card, payment is considered completed once the transaction has been successfully authorized.

For orders paid by bank transfer, payment is considered completed once the funds have been confirmed in the company's bank account.

For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is made when the parcel is delivered.
