With a refillable 150 ml reservoir, Bluetooth control through the Scent Master Pro app and coverage of up to approximately 300 m³ / 100 m², the device is suitable for commercial, professional and residential spaces.

Nexo Pro Black can be placed on furniture or mounted on a wall, while its schedules, operating days and scenting cycles are configured directly from your phone.

R20 batteries are not included and must be purchased separately.

Cordless operation with 3 R20 alkaline batteries

Nexo Pro Black operates exclusively with 3 R20 alkaline batteries, also known as D-cell batteries.

The version sold by Marketing Olfactiv does not feature USB-C power and does not connect to the mains through a power adapter. It requires no visible cable and can be positioned independently of the room's electrical installation.

This is especially useful for:

• areas without a conveniently positioned power socket;
• reception furniture without hidden cable routes;
• spaces where a visible cable would affect the interior design;
• wall-mounted or furniture-based placement;
• situations where the diffuser needs to be repositioned periodically.

Batteries are not included. For stable performance, use three good-quality R20 alkaline batteries of the same type, installed at the same time.

Scenting for spaces up to 300 m³ / 100 m²

Nexo Pro Black is designed to scent spaces of up to approximately 300 m³ / 100 m².

Actual coverage depends on the location layout, internal partitions, ceiling height, ventilation, air circulation, device positioning, the fragrance used and the selected spray-cycle settings.

In an open-plan space, the diffuser can be positioned so that air circulation helps distribute the fragrance. In a location divided into several rooms, performance should be assessed by zone rather than solely by total floor area.

We recommend beginning with a moderate setting and adjusting gradually after evaluating the scent in the actual space.

A refillable 150 ml reservoir

Nexo Pro Black features its own removable and refillable 150 ml reservoir.

Fragrance is poured directly into the device bottle. After refilling, the nebulization assembly is correctly screwed onto the reservoir and reinstalled inside the diffuser.

No dedicated cartridges are required. The reservoir is reused and the fragrance can be topped up as needed.

The duration of one refill depends on:

• the number of daily operating hours;
• the days selected in the schedules;
• spray duration;
• the pause between sprays;
• the characteristics and viscosity of the fragrance.

For this reason, there is no single 150 ml duration that applies to every configuration.

Waterless nebulization and controlled operating cycles

Nexo Pro Black uses waterless nebulization. Compatible ambient fragrance is poured directly into the reservoir without dilution.

During the scheduled operating intervals, the device alternates between:

• the spray period, when fragrance is dispersed;
• the pause between sprays, when the device is not nebulizing.

A longer spray period or shorter pause increases the amount of fragrance dispersed. A shorter spray period and longer pause reduce scent intensity, fragrance consumption and battery use.

The device does not need to spray continuously to maintain fragrance in the space. Its cycles allow operation to be adapted to the actual requirements of the location.

Configuration exclusively through the Scent Master Pro app

The Nexo Pro Black version sold by Marketing Olfactiv is configured exclusively through the Scent Master Pro app via Bluetooth.

The device has no available buttons for daily scheduling of operating times and intensity. The internal element is used for connection reset and password recovery, not for everyday operation.

Through the app, you can manage:

• the device name and location note;
• operating schedules;
• days of the week for each schedule;
• start and stop times;
• spray duration and the pause between sprays;
• enabling or disabling schedules;
• the connection password.

The default password is 9999 and can be changed later.

The connection is established via Bluetooth from near the device. This should not be confused with internet-based control from any distance.

Up to 5 independent operating schedules

Nexo Pro Black allows you to configure up to 5 operating schedules, each with its own days, operating intervals and scenting cycles.

For example, you can create:

• a schedule for the beginning of the day;
• a different schedule for periods with more visitor traffic;
• a lower setting toward the end of the day;
• separate weekend intervals;
• schedules dedicated to particular days of the week.

Each schedule can be enabled or disabled individually.

The schedule determines when the device operates. Spray duration and pause time determine how intensely it scents during that interval.

Battery life depends on the schedule and intensity

Battery life can vary considerably and there is no single figure that applies to every user.

Battery duration is influenced by:

• the quality and capacity of the R20 batteries;
• daily operating hours;
• spray duration;
• the pause between sprays;
• the number of active schedules;
• temperature and operating conditions.

An economical configuration with short spray periods and longer pauses extends battery life. Intensive settings with longer sprays and short pauses increase consumption.

The device requires 3 R20 alkaline batteries, which are not included.

Furniture placement or wall mounting

Nexo Pro Black can be used in two ways:

Furniture placement

The device can be placed on a shelf, reception furniture, cabinet or another stable, level and dry surface.

Because it operates exclusively on batteries, no cable needs to be routed to the nearest power socket.

Wall mounting

The device can be wall-mounted using the included mounting plate and fixings.

The position should allow the nebulization outlet to remain unobstructed and the cover to be opened for battery replacement and reservoir refilling.

The diffuser must remain upright to reduce the risk of fragrance leaking inside the housing.

Compact, black and discreet

Nexo Pro Black measures approximately 155 × 130 × 58 mm and has a net weight of approximately 345 g, excluding fragrance and batteries.

Its reduced depth of approximately 58 mm makes it suitable for wall mounting without taking up unnecessary room space.
