How does the loyalty program work?

• For every 1 leu spent on our website, you’ll earn 1 loyalty point.
• Example:
  • For an order of 100 lei, you’ll receive 100 points.
  • For an order of 1000 lei, you’ll receive 1000 points.

2️⃣ Point value:

• Every 1000 points are equivalent to 50 lei, which you can use on future orders.

3️⃣ Using points:

• Accumulated points can be used for orders with a minimum cart value of 500 lei.
• When placing your order, you can choose how many points to redeem for the discount. The discount will only apply if you select to use the points during checkout.

4️⃣ Point validity period:

• Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Points that are not used within this timeframe will automatically expire.

5️⃣ Program availability:

• The loyalty program is active for an indefinite period.

How can you check your available points?

In your customer account, you can check the number of accumulated points and your usage history at any time.

General conditions:

• Loyalty points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Accumulated points cannot be converted into cash.
• Discounts from points cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been completed.
