How can I order from MarketingOlfactiv.ro?

The easiest way is to choose the products you want, add them to your cart, and complete the order online. If you need help choosing a scent diffuser, ambient fragrance, or the right configuration for your space, you can contact us before placing your order.

Online order

Select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, open the cart and continue to checkout.

To place your order, you will need to provide:

• Contact and billing details – first name, last name, phone number, email address and, where applicable, company details;
• Delivery address – county/region, city, street, number and any other information required by the courier;
• Delivery method – from the options available for your order;
• Payment method – from the options available at checkout.

Before submitting the order, you can review the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping cost and total order value.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can place an order on MarketingOlfactiv.ro without creating an account.

If you choose to create an account, you will be able to view your order history more easily and use saved details for future orders.

How is my order delivered?

Orders are shipped by courier to the delivery address provided when placing the order.

Shipping costs and any applicable free-delivery conditions are displayed in the store and during checkout before the order is confirmed.

There is no minimum order value.

How can I pay for my order?
