Pulsaro is a professional scent diffuser designed for efficient and uniform fragrance diffusion in spaces of up to 300–500 m³, in a compact, discreet format that can be easily integrated into almost any environment.

One of its main advantages is the dual power supply: Pulsaro can operate either with 4 R20 batteries, offering maximum freedom of placement, or via USB-C, using the power adapter included in the package.

Professional Cold-Air Nebulization Technology

Pulsaro uses cold-air nebulization technology, specifically designed for professional ambient scenting systems.

Using an airflow, the fragrance is transformed into a very fine dispersion and gradually released into the environment, without using water and without heating the fragrance.

Unlike ultrasonic diffusers that use water or systems based on simple evaporation, nebulization allows direct fragrance diffusion and much more precise control over scent intensity.

Cold-air nebulization technology allows:

Battery Operation

The diffuser operates with 4 × 1.5 V R20 batteries, making it independent of the presence of a nearby power outlet.

This option allows the unit to be positioned exactly where fragrance dispersion is most effective, without visible cables.

It is a practical solution for elevators, hallways, receptions, restrooms, meeting rooms, shops or other spaces where access to mains power is limited or where the outlet is not located in the ideal position for the diffuser.

USB-C Operation

When a permanent power source is available, Pulsaro can operate directly via USB-C, using the power adapter included in the package.

In this mode, batteries are no longer required, making it suitable for permanent installations or for spaces where a power outlet is available near the diffuser.

The main advantage is flexibility: the same Pulsaro diffuser can be used either with batteries or via USB-C, depending on the requirements of each space.

Low Energy Consumption

Pulsaro has a nominal power consumption of only 1 W, making it highly energy-efficient.

When used with batteries, battery life depends on the selected intensity, daily schedule, number of operating hours and the characteristics of the batteries used.

For spaces where a permanent power connection is available, the diffuser can be used directly via USB-C.

Generous 500 ml Reservoir

Despite its compact format, Pulsaro is equipped with a fragrance reservoir with a capacity of 500 ml.

LCD Display Integrated Inside the Diffuser

Pulsaro is also equipped with an LCD display for configuring and checking the operating parameters.

The display is located inside the unit, underneath the outer cover, so it is not visible during normal use.

To access it, the diffuser housing must be opened.

This solution helps maintain a clean and discreet exterior appearance, without screens or control elements permanently visible, while still allowing direct configuration whenever necessary.

For everyday use, settings can be easily managed through the Bluetooth connection and the Aroma-Link application.

Front-Mounted Nebulization System for Easy Access

The nebulization system is positioned at the front and has been designed to provide easy access to the fragrance container and to the components that require periodic maintenance.

Refilling, changing the fragrance and carrying out cleaning operations can be performed quickly and easily.

Pulsaro is recommended for spaces with a volume of approximately 300–500 m³.

The actual scenting capacity may vary depending on:

• room configuration;
• ceiling height;
• air circulation;
• ventilation and air-conditioning systems;
• how frequently doors or windows are opened;
• the selected intensity;
• the characteristics of the fragrance used.

For professional scenting systems, correct sizing is primarily based on the volume of the space expressed in cubic metres, not only on floor area in square metres.

Warranty and Compatible Fragrances

To maintain the performance of the nebulization system and protect the internal components, we recommend using only fragrances designed for professional nebulization systems.

Pulsaro benefits from a 12-month commercial warranty when used exclusively with fragrances from the Marketing Olfactiv SRL range.

The use of other liquids, incompatible fragrances or products whose composition may affect the pump, nozzle or other components of the nebulization system may result in improper operation of the device.

Use and Maintenance Recommendations

• Do not perform maintenance or refill the diffuser while the unit is switched on.
• Avoid tilting or turning the diffuser upside down in order to prevent possible fragrance leakage.
• Use fragrances compatible with professional nebulization systems.
• Do not introduce toxic, corrosive or otherwise incompatible liquids into the diffuser.
• Keep the diffuser and fragrance out of the reach of children.
• Clean the nebulization system periodically to help prevent deposits and nozzle blockage.
• Protect the diffuser from direct contact with water and other liquids.
• Use the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual.

Estimated Fragrance Consumption

Pulsaro allows you to adjust scent intensity by setting the duration of each nebulization cycle and the pause interval between cycles.

The maximum nebulization time is 30 seconds, while the minimum permitted pause interval is 90 seconds.

Based on Pulsaro's stated average output of approximately 0.0024 ml/second, the estimated consumption for several available settings is:

What Does “Operating Days” Mean?

The estimated duration shown in the table represents the number of days during which the diffuser is actually operating according to a schedule of 10 hours per day.

This should not be confused with the number of calendar days.

For example, if Pulsaro is used in an office or commercial space that is open only Monday to Friday, an estimated duration of 23 operating days corresponds to approximately 4–5 calendar weeks.

With a lower-intensity setting, such as 5 seconds ON / 90 seconds OFF, approximately 110 operating days can represent more than 5 calendar months when the diffuser operates only 5 days per week.

In a hotel, restaurant or other location operating 7 days a week, the number of operating days will be much closer to the number of calendar days.

The actual duration of one reservoir therefore depends not only on the selected intensity, but also on the number of operating hours per day and the number of days per week for which the diffuser is programmed to run.

How Does the Setting Affect Consumption?

Consumption is determined not only by the number of seconds during which the diffuser nebulizes, but by the ratio between nebulization time and pause time.

5 sec. ON / 90 sec. OFF
This is a low-intensity setting, with a theoretical consumption of approximately 0.45 ml/hour.

20 sec. ON / 90 sec. OFF
This is a significantly more intensive setting, with a theoretical consumption of approximately 1.57 ml/hour.

30 sec. ON / 90 sec. OFF
This represents the combination of the maximum nebulization time and the minimum permitted pause interval. Theoretical consumption in this case reaches approximately 2.16 ml/hour.

Depending on the selected programming, the same 500 ml reservoir may have an estimated duration ranging from approximately 23 to 110 actual operating days.

The difference between settings can therefore be significant, which is why we recommend starting with a lower intensity and gradually increasing it until the desired scent level is achieved.
